I am Mr.Brown Williams, working presently as the
Assistant Director of Diplomatic Asset inspection at the Inspection
Unit of the U.S customs department,Los Angeles International Airport
(LAX) USA. During our recent package routine check at the
Airport Storage Vault,An abandoned diplomatic asset shipment was left by a diplomat from London who
was supposed to deliver these package to you but failed to provide
necessary clearances needed by the US Customs and Federal Reserve and when scanned recently, it revealed an
undisclosed sum of money in one Electronically coded Metal Trunk Box weighing approximately 25kg.

The consignment was abandoned because the Contents of the consignment was
not properly declared by the Diplomat as "MONEY" rather it was
declared as FAMILY COMPENSATION INHERITANCE Clasified documeents to avoid diversion
by the Shipping Agent AND POSSIBLY SEIZURE by the U.S Federal Reserve
department and also the inability of the diplomat to pay for the United States Non
Inspection security Charges.

Personally as the director of inspection I assumed the electronically Metal
coded box will contain about USD12.5million and the consignment is
still left at our Security Storage Vault here at the Los Angeles Int'l
Airport till date which was delivered through a
registered shipping Diplomatic Company Courier Dispatch Service.
Approximately, the details of the consignment includes your name, your
email address and the official document from the shipping Company and
are all tagged on the Metal Trunk box.

However,for proper verification for immediate arrangement for instant
movement and safe delivery of this consignment to you, I will advise
you provide urgently your current Phone Number and Full name and Address,to
enable us put in place arrangement to deliver to you safely.

Please note that this consignment is supposed to have been returned to
the United States Treasury Department as unclaimed delivery due to the delays in
