Ref: Your Unclear Consignment.

I am Frank Map the regional president of diplomatic securities companies in charge of European, Asian and Africa Regions. I am contacting you base on your unclear consignment with our credited agents in Europe, Asian and United States. I received several complains from our accredited agents in these regions complaining of your unwillingness to clear your consignment from there custody. As the president in charge of the regions where the consignment was shipped from, our accredited agents are asking me if they should return the consignment back to the base (Africa or Europe).

I decided to contact you base on this complaints, I received from our accredited agents regarding your unclear consignment, so as to know what exactly is happening or happened. For your information, in the past we have witnessed a lot of misdirection by shippers to receivers of consignments, misdirecting them the wrong way of clearing consignment, and at the end, the receiver spend lots of money without getting their consignment.

So because of the pains that some of diplomatic consignment receiver gets in process of trying to clear their consignment, I have took it upon myself to always monitor any of our valid customer's consignment like you, in order to make sure they are not misdirected from any quarter. We have also found some of our officer in unholy/ungodly acts, trying to frustrate the receiver from getting their consignment by demanding all kinds of unscrupulous money from them, and in the process try redirect the consignment to another place. This acts has made us sacked some of diplomatic officers or delivering officers.

Please, I want you to send me in details exactly what is going on, so as to enable me know, if there is any help I can render to you before decision is taken by the appropriate authority on whether to send back the consignment to where it was shipped from or place it on demurrage. I will also want you to send me the name or names of the diplomatic or delivery officers that have been contacting you, to enable me know if they are our accredited diplomatic officer or one of those ungodly fraudsters using our diplomatic names to extract money from innocent people.
