My name is Mr. Steven James Gregory there is an investment funding structure I would like to share with you upon interest. I have an Investor seeking for an alternative investment funding structure. The investor is specifically interested in providing financial facility with an annual interest rate. He wants to provide Capital loan to Business Owner or estate managers who can manages Funds and return back interest, the total amount available is $184Million.

He proposes 5% annual interest of the capital amount with 12 months free interest window period. The supposed annual interest of the 12 months will be Amortized to the capital amount which would be repaid at the end of the contract tenure. He as well providing a minimum of 5 years contract though this could be extended depending on your convenience. Furthermore, the security against the loan amount would be a documentary security. This should be the legalized contract and Repayment DEED.

A physical closing meeting is required for the execution of the contract.
